- Candidates with prior internship or academic exposure in IT / B2B / Software Sales will be preferred.
Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executives (Freshers or Experienced) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a keen interest in technology, and the drive to build a successful career in IT Sales and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through online research, outbound calls, and digital engagement.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, client presentations, and business development materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
- Support senior sales professionals in achieving revenue and client acquisition targets.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fundamental understanding of IT products, software, or technology solutions (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation abilities.
- High degree of self-motivation, professionalism, and goal orientation.
