Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of overall experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading QA teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with manual testing, automation testing, API testing, and regression testing.
- Experience with defect management and test management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-powered testing tools and intelligent automation platforms.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or enterprise SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of performance, security, and accessibility testing.
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices to support release validation, deployment readiness, and quality checks across environments.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
