Experience: 1–3 Years in procurement, vendor management, or purchase operations
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations preferred.
Job Summary:
Responsible for vendor sourcing, purchase coordination, quotation comparison, and timely procurement while ensuring smooth and cost-effective purchasing operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle vendor sourcing, negotiation, and procurement activities.
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials/services.
- Compare quotations and prepare purchase orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for procurement requirements.
- Track inventory, invoices, and procurement records.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing and timely procurement processes.
