Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Manage the hiring process for blue-collar and white-collar positions from screening to offer.
- Ensure timely and efficient recruitment for both types of positions.
- Maintain candidate database and build a talent pipeline for blue-collar and white-collar hiring needs.
Qualifications:
- Freshers & Experienced candidates both are welcome.
- Graduation is a must.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹35,000 per month + PF & ESI benefits.
Location: 401, Ethics Group, 4th floor, International Business Centre, Piplod, Surat.
