Business Development Executive (Bidding Specialist)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team!
Location: Hinjewadi, Pune (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other freelancing platforms.
- Identify and bid on relevant projects.
- Prepare customized proposals and communicate with potential clients.
- Negotiate project requirements, pricing, and timelines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales and business acquisition targets.
Required Skills:
- Experience in online bidding and lead generation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of IT services, software development, web development, or digital marketing.
- Ability to write compelling proposals and client responses.
- Understanding of international client handling and business development processes.
Pay: ₹11,529.93 - ₹30,924.34 per month
