Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within Veeva Vault.
- Experience in customizing software solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application performance and functionality.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within enterprise software environments.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
