Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive from the intimates, lingerie, or clothing industry to grow our dealer and customer network. The role requires strong market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to achieve consistent sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and onboard dealers/customers
- Conduct regular market and customer visits
- Present products, negotiate pricing, and close orders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records
- Adhere strictly to company sales policies and ethics
Requirements
- Prior experience in intimates/lingerie/garments sales is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM preferred
Travel Requirements
- Extensive local and regional travel required
- Field sales role with regular dealer/customer visits
