Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Skin Trainer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in cosmetology/skin treatments and proven experience as a trainer. This role involves mentoring students, conducting theory and practical sessions, and ensuring they are prepared to meet industry standards.
Note: Applicants without prior training experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging theory and practical sessions in skin therapies and cosmetology as per the Lakmé Academy curriculum
- Mentor and guide students, addressing queries and building professional confidence
- Conduct internal assessments and prepare students for final certifications
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and effective classroom management
- Stay updated with current beauty industry practices and integrate them into training
Requirements
- Mandatory: Prior experience as a trainer/educator in the beauty/skin domain
- Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology / Skin Treatments (required)
- Minimum 1+ year of training experience in Skin/Cosmetology
- Strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skills
- Passionate about education and grooming future professionals
