Business Development Executive – Healthcare

Usmanpura Imaging Centre is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand its referral network and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and corporate clients to increase referrals for diagnostic services including MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Mammography, and Pathology.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular field visits, identifying new business opportunities, managing referral partnerships, organizing doctor engagement activities, coordinating health camps and awareness programs, and achieving monthly business targets. The role also involves tracking market trends, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring excellent client service.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and 1–5 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, hospital marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills are essential. Knowledge of the local healthcare ecosystem and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹31,532.97 - ₹70,964.76 per month
