Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Head Architect with 13+ years of expertise in SRA and redevelopment projects. The ideal candidate will lead architectural planning, design, statutory approvals, and project execution while ensuring compliance with SRA regulations, DCPR, and local authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural planning and design for SRA/redevelopment projects.
- Prepare feasibility studies, FSI calculations, and redevelopment proposals.
- Develop municipal submission, working, and execution drawings.
- Coordinate statutory approvals (IOD, CC, OC) with relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with DCPR, SRA, RERA, and building regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, project teams, and government authorities.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design and execution issues.
- Lead client, society, and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications:
- B.Arch/M.Arch from a recognized institution.
- COA Registration mandatory.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in SRA, Cluster Development, or Urban Redevelopment projects.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MSP) is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MSP) for project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
