B.Tech + 2/3 years experiance /
Diploma + 5-6 years experianceExp & knowledge of BMS, Instrumentation etc
Exp & Knowledge of HVAC
Exp & Knowledge of Electrical supply system similar to D mart stores
- Monitor and supervise daily routine maintenance activities of all electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of electrical panels, DG sets, UPS, transformers, and utilities.
- Maintain electrical equipment records, maintenance logs, and AMC service reports.
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors for maintenance and breakdown support.
- Monitor and maintain energy consumption data and prepare related reports.
- Track and record HVAC inlet/outlet parameters and coordinate corrective actions when required.
- Possess basic knowledge of HVAC systems, PLC, and SCADA operations.
- Maintain overall property maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support preventive maintenance planning and timely closure of maintenance activities.
- Prepare daily and monthly maintenance reports and coordinate with internal teams for smooth facility operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
