Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Execution Management: o Work closely with the existing social media manager and agency to refine and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with PSB Alliance's business objectives.
o Ensure consistent and prominent visibility of all PSB Alliance products (Doorstep Banking, e-Auction Portal, Digital Balance Confirmation Portal, etc.) across various digital channels.
o Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders. Agency & Internal Team Coordination:
o Serve as the primary liaison between PSB Alliance, our social media management agency, and internal product/marketing teams.
o Efficiently coordinate content calendars, campaign launches, and digital asset.requirements with the agency to ensure timely and effective execution.
o Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between all parties involved in digital marketing initiatives
. Bank Relationship Management & Collaboration: o Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the marketing and digital teams of our 12 Public Sector Bank partners.
Develop and implement strategies to encourage banks to actively advertise PSB Alliance products through their digital channels.
o Orchestrate co-branded digital campaigns and ensure proper collaboration when banks promote our products.
o Track and report on the digital marketing efforts undertaken by partner banks related to PSB Alliance products.
- Operational Management: o Oversee the day-to-day digital marketing operations, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently and effectively. o Manage digital marketing budgets and resources as allocated.
- o Stay abreast of industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and technological advancements to identify new opportunities for PSB Alliance. Brand Consistency: o Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with PSB Alliance's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ communications/ business administration, or related field.
- Around 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant focus on management, coordination, and relationship building.
- Proven track record of managing digital marketing operations and achieving measurable results.
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, etc.) and their strategic application.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including partner banks and agencies.
- Experience working with or in the financial services sector is a plus
- . Familiarity with the Indian digital landscape and consumer behavior.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
