Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations in an automobile industry setup. The candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, facility management, vendor coordination, asset management, transport arrangements, and administrative support for employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations of office/plant premises.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance activities.
- Handle office supplies, stationery, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, and procurement activities.
- Maintain records of company assets, vehicles, and office equipment.
- Support travel arrangements, accommodation, and transport logistics.
- Monitor utility bills, lease agreements, and facility expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Assist HR in employee onboarding and administrative documentation.
- Organize meetings, events, and internal communication activities.
- Maintain MIS reports and administrative documentation.
- Handle courier, dispatch, gate pass, and visitor management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in administration, preferably in automobile/manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of facility management and vendor handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems.
- Experience in plant administration.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Good team coordination abilities.
Salary
As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
