Schedule: Monday–Friday, U.S. hours (8 AM–5 PM EST / 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST)

About the Role
The company is expanding its sales team supporting the U.S. freight & logistics market. We're looking for competitive, coachable individuals who are confident on the phone and motivated to grow their income through performance.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and close deals within the U.S. logistics market
- Prospect, quote, and negotiate to grow your own book of business
- Consistently meet monthly sales targets with strong earning potential
Compensation & Benefits
- ₹45,000/month base salary + uncapped commission (up to ₹1,00,000/month)
- 2-week structured training program
