3. Key Objectives of the Job
- Conduct trainings for the counselors/social workers on Counseling and CSA pan India and documenting the data and submit the timely report.
- Providing psycho-therapeutic services to children and adults survivors of sexual abuse, maintaining the documentation for the same.
4. Major Deliverables
The major responsibilities are:
- Providing psycho-therapeutic services to children and adults survivors of sexual abuse.
- Will be responsible to actively conduct trainings for the counselors/social workers on counseling and CSA pan India and submit timely reports.
- Maintaining the client data base and documentation of all cases in the organizational formats and submitting monthly updates to the coordinator.
- Conducting group sessions on various topics related to Mental Health like self-care.
- Supporting the team in the case work and other tasks.

7. Educational Qualification
Full time Masters in Clinical/ Counselling Psychology with a UGC recognized University
OR
Full times MSW with specialization in Psychiatric Social work/Mental Health with a UGC recognized University.
8. Desired Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in direct psychotherapeutic interventions with client.
- Should be a stickler for detail and process adherence.
9. Other Desired Attributes
Being able to work in a team with clear and open communication. Knowledge of windows, word and excel is necessary.
10. Language Proficiency
Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi.
11. Location
Office- Mumbai. The job requires travel to various locations across the country.
12. Salary Range
28000/- per month
5200/- per month (Travel reimbursement) +
2000/- per month (Therapeutic reimbursement) +
5000/- Annual Training reimbursement
