Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and customer-focused Designer & Sales Executive for modular kitchens and wardrobes. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, creating functional and aesthetically appealing designs, presenting design solutions, generating sales, and coordinating projects from concept to installation.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their space, lifestyle, storage needs, and design preferences.
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements when required.
- Create 2D and 3D designs for modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and other modular furniture.
- Prepare layout plans, elevations, and design presentations using design software.
- Recommend suitable materials, finishes, hardware, accessories, and color schemes.
- Ensure designs comply with space constraints, functionality, and ergonomic standards.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and finalize project specifications.
Sales Responsibilities
- Convert walk-in customers and leads into sales opportunities.
- Present design proposals, quotations, and product specifications to clients.
- Explain product features, materials, warranties, and pricing.
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining profitability targets.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
