We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager to lead administration and facility operations across multiple centres. The ideal candidate should have a strong healthcare administration background and experience managing teams, documentation, compliance, vendors, and day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Admin Executives across multiple centres.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative and facility operations.
- Maintain documentation, licenses, agreements, and compliance records.
- Manage vendors, procurement, logistics, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Maintain financial and operational records.
- Support new centre setup and expansion activities.
- Implement SOPs and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Com/B.Tech or equivalent).
- 4–8 years of experience in Administration, Operations, or Facility Management within the Healthcare industry (Hospitals, Clinics, Physiotherapy Centres, Diagnostic Centres, Wellness Centres, etc.).
- Experience managing teams and multi-location operations is mandatory.
- Strong documentation and compliance management experience.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Must own a bike/scooter with a valid driving licence.
