Job description:
·Direct Patient Care: Monitor patient vitals, manage pain, administer IV fluids, change dressings, and assist with daily living activities. Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
Medication & Treatment: Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications and injections. Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
Care Planning & Records: Develop individualized nursing care plans and maintain accurate, confidential medical records. Recording patient vital signs and medical information
Collaboration: Assist physicians during medical examinations, surgeries, and diagnostic procedures. Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
· Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
Patient Education: Advise patients and families on post-discharge recovery, medication schedules, and lifestyle changes.
· Emergency Response: Provide first-aid, stabilize patients in emergency situations, and initiate life-saving protocols.
· Unit Maintenance: Ensure medical equipment is sterile, hygienic, and in proper working order
Qualification: Bachelor degree Bsc/ Msc or Master degree in Nursing.
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and hospital staff.
Basic computer skills.
Minimum 1 years of Experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
