Job Title: Infection Control Nurse (ICN)

Location: AOI Nagpur
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with infection control policies and protocols across the hospital
- Conduct regular infection surveillance and maintain records (HAI, SSI, etc.)
- Implement and monitor hand hygiene practices and biomedical waste management
- Conduct infection control audits and share reports with management
- Provide training and awareness programs for staff on infection prevention practices
- Investigate infection outbreaks and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure sterilization and disinfection processes are followed as per standards
- Coordinate with all departments to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Ensure compliance with NABH / hospital accreditation standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (Infection Control Certification preferred), Diploma in ICN
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Infection Control / Hospital Setting
- Certification: Infection Control Certification (preferred)
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of infection control practices
- Strong observation and analytical skills
- Good communication and training ability
- Attention to detail and documentation

Nursing Superintendent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
