Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- MBA in HR preferred
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Manpower planning and recruitment expertise (especially for high-volume restaurant roles)
- Strong interpersonal skills for grievance handling and interdepartmental coordination
- Training execution and evaluation, including onboarding and compliance sessions
- Knowledge of PF/ESIC, compliance management, and employment documentation
- HRMS and attendance system handling (biometric, leave tracking, MIS reports
- Data-oriented approach with Excel and reporting proficiency
- Ability to manage, guide, and train junior HR staff
- Proactive, ethical, and solution-focused mindset
Experience:
- Minimum 8–12 years in HR generalist roles
- Prior HR experience in restaurants is preferred
- Experience in managing HR for multi-location or high-turnover setups will be a plus
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manpower Planning & Recruitment
- Plan, forecast, and close vacancies across all locations
- Maintain average hiring TAT (Turnaround Time)
Grievance Handling & Compliance
- Resolve employee grievances effectively and escalate unresolved issues on time
- Ensure all store HR practices are in line with compliance norms (PF, ESIC, attendance)
Store HR Audits & Visits
- Personally visit restaurants to assess manpower availability, documentation, and work environment
- Submit structured visit reports and follow-up for corrective actions
Induction & Training Execution
- Conduct induction within 7 working days of joining
- Coordinate training programs and track attendance vs. plan
- Track training certifications for store teams and ensure timely completion
HR Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain updated HR MIS (attendance, attrition, hiring, grievances, training records)
- Submit monthly reports and inputs for leadership reviews
- Guide and review the work of HR team
Performance & Policy Implementation
- Assist in implementing performance management processes
- Ensure rollout and awareness of HR policies to all the employees
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
