# Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Quality Department.
* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the die-casting process.
* Handle customer complaints, rejections, and corrective actions.
* Monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
* Implement *7 QC Tools, CAPA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis* and continuous improvement.
