Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele marketingto contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided data
- Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
- Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups or meetings
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Follow company scripts, compliance, and call etiquette standards
- Coordinate with sales and support teams for lead conversion
- Update CRM or call logs regularly
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English & local language)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software)

Qualifications
- Minimum: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate
- Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
