We are hiring for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage the organization's IT infrastructure and provide end-to-end technical support across retail showrooms, manufacturing units, and corporate offices. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, ERP systems, networks, and security while supporting business-critical applications used in the jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and POS systems.
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot Jewellery ERP software, inventory management systems, barcode solutions, and billing applications.
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewall devices.
- Monitor server health, perform routine backups, and ensure disaster recovery procedures are followed.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, access permissions, and password policies.
- Install software updates, antivirus solutions, and security patches to protect organizational data.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, hardware suppliers, and internet service providers for issue resolution.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
