Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities for commercial vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill level and workload.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure jobs are completed within the committed timeline.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and workshop procedures.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work before vehicle delivery.
- Assist in diagnosing technical issues and provide guidance to technicians when required.
- Maintain workshop productivity and efficiency targets.
- Coordinate with service advisors, parts departments, and customers regarding repair status.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
- Maintain accurate job records, service reports, and documentation.
- Monitor housekeeping standards and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Support technician training and skill development initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in commercial vehicle service operations or workshop supervision.
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle systems, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in workshop management systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
Timing - 09:30 to 06:00
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
