* Job Summary:
* We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to oversee sales operations at multiple locations, including Lower Parel, Panvel, Nadhal, and Panshil. This role involves managing sales teams, solving queries for sales associates, creating effective sales strategies, and ensuring business continuity through participation in BCM meetings.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Office Management: Oversee the daily operations and performance of the Lower Parel Sales Office, ensuring sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
* Sales Associate Support: Provide guidance and support to sales associates, resolving queries and helping them achieve their sales goals.
* Branch Supervision: Manage the Panvel Branch Office, as well as the Nadhal and Panshil Sales Offices, ensuring consistent sales operations and high performance across locations.
* Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, improve sales performance, and expand market reach.
* Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, identify trends, and provide regular reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Training & Development: Provide training to sales associates, helping them enhance their skills and achieve sales targets.
* Attending BCM Meetings: Participate in Business Continuity Management (BCM) meetings to ensure that sales operations remain resilient in case of disruptions and to contribute to the overall business continuity planning of the organization.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
