Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced CAD Civil Trainer to provide professional training in civil design and drafting software. The trainer will be responsible for conducting practical and theoretical sessions, guiding students on real-time projects, and helping them develop industry-relevant technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Civil CAD software such as AutoCAD Civil, STAAD Pro, Revit Architecture, 3ds Max, and related applications.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises for students.
- Conduct classroom and lab sessions with hands-on project training.
- Guide students in preparing drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and structural designs.
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and project progress.
- Provide career guidance and technical support to students.
- Update training materials according to current industry standards and software updates.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and technical events.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Civil CAD software and drafting concepts.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train students from beginner to advanced level.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, estimation, and structural concepts.
- Practical project experience will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of BIM concepts preferred.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Certification in CAD software preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in CAD training or civil design field.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
