· Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running the Resort.
· Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
· Conduct regular team meeting with the entire HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, guests’ feedback and action taken for service recovery. Minutes of the meeting to be sent to Director.
· Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks. Consultant Director Guidance to be taken wherever required.
- Monitor the accounts receivable and purchase requisitions of each resort department.
- Inspect the resort stores to check available stock and determine the need for stocking.
· Monitor to keep up the service standards of F&B and the kitchen operation for quality food.
· Inspect the Housekeeping stores to check the Guest amenities, cleaning materials and linen etc.
· Monitor the laundry activities on daily basis.
· Inspect all outlets and rooms with their respective Manager's for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.
· Monitor the Front Office while doing check-in and check-out of guests for smooth process.
· Monitor and support sports and recreation activities in the resort to make guests’ maximum enjoyable.
· Ensure Swimming pool is kept neat and clean at all time for guest use.
· Monitor the Maintenance department (Civil, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry and A/C) and give directions to Chief Engineer to complete the repair work within a time frame.
· Ensure Wi-Fi, telephone lines, Hotel Software and other networks are on full working condition with the help of the concerned department.
· Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
· Schedule work shifts and tasks to hotel HODs/staff according to their specialty.
· Organize training programs to enhance the job skills and performance of hotel personnel.
· Conduct weekly / Daily meeting with sales people for enquiry & follow up & conversion to grow up the business and accompany with them to the guest place, if required.
· Establish communication channels to interact with customers in order to obtain their feedback and assist with the resolution of problems.
· Monitor and maintain operation & overhead coast in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organization.
· Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.
· Be on available on call 24 hours a day to resolve any urgent problems on emergencies.
· Any other duties assigned by the management.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,440,000.00 per year
