Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow DevOps Engineer to support the design, development, automation, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow solutions within an enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong ServiceNow development expertise combined with DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, automation, release management, and cloud platform exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
- Implement DevOps practices within ServiceNow environments, including automated deployments, testing, and release management.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using ServiceNow DevOps, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar tools.
- Manage source control repositories, branching strategies, and code promotion activities.
- Automate deployments and environment synchronization across development, testing, and production instances.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise DevOps toolchains.
- Support platform upgrades, patch management, release planning, and performance optimization.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and change management standards.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to improve deployment efficiency and delivery processes.

Location: Pune ( can be Hybrid initially and later Remote )
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Shift Timing: UK Shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST)
Experience Required: 4–5 Years
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
