Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day interior execution at project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential or commercial interiors and the ability to coordinate teams, vendors, and timelines efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise interior execution as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, and finishing works
- Manage site workforce, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure quality standards and finishing details are maintained
- Monitor material usage and raise material requirements in advance
- Read and understand drawings, BOQs, and site instructions
- Prepare daily site progress updates and photographs
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, and clients on site
- Ensure project timelines are met
- Maintain site safety, discipline, and cleanliness
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in interior site execution
- Good knowledge of interior materials and finishes
- Ability to read working drawings
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to work on site
