Job Position - State Head – Operations-

We are looking for a State Head – Operations to manage end-to-end operations for SHG-made products in Jammu & Kashmir. The candidate will lead a team of 5 people responsible for quality checking, product collection, inventory management, packaging, dispatch, and e-commerce order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a 5-member operations and quality control team.
- Ensure quality checking of SHG products before listing and dispatch.
- Coordinate product collection from SHGs and movement to the central fulfilment center.
- Manage inventory, stock records, SKU tagging, and product documentation.
- Oversee packaging, courier coordination, shipping, returns, and delivery tracking.
- Support product listing on the J&K Government e-commerce portal.
- Plan and execute basic promotional strategies to increase online sales.
- Coordinate with SHGs, department officials, vendors, courier partners, and buyers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Required Skills:
- Experience in operations, logistics, quality control, or e-commerce fulfilment.
- Ability to manage a small team and field-level coordination.
- Good knowledge of inventory, packaging, dispatch, and reporting.
- Basic understanding of online sales and promotion.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate/Post Graduate in Management, Commerce, Operations, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred.
Preferred Candidate :-
Candidate from Jammu, Kashmir, Srinagar or any nearby location would be preferred
Candidates with experience in SHG products, handicrafts, handloom, rural livelihood projects, government projects, or e-commerce operations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
