Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential retailers, wholesalers, and B2B clients
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media
- Present our jewellery collections and manufacturing capabilities
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Maintain lead and sales records using Excel or CRM tools
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Experience in sales, telecalling, or business development
- Interest in jewellery, fashion, or luxury products is a plus
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
