Role Overview
We’re hiring someone who can grow our Instagram page, Facebook, Whatsapp broadcast and generate leads through content.
This is not a generic digital marketing role.
We need a hands-on executor who understands:
- Reels & short-form content
- What makes content go viral
- How to convert views into leads (DMs → WhatsApp)
What You’ll Do
- Create and post daily Instagram Reels & content
- Identify trends and turn them into high-performing posts
- Write hooks, captions, and strong CTAs
- Generate leads via:
- Instagram DMs
- Facebook
- WhatsApp broadcasts
- Repurpose content across platforms
- Engage with audience (comments, DMs, replies)
- Track what works and double down on winning content
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- Experience creating Instagram Reels (very important)
- Basic video editing using CapCut (or similar)
- Designing posts using Canva
- Understanding of content hooks, trends, and storytelling
- Fast execution mindset (we move quickly)
AI & Content Creation (Important)
- Comfortable using ChatGPT, for captions, scripts, and ideas
- Experience using AI tools for content or video creation is a big plus
Who Should Apply
- Candidates who have grown or managed Instagram pages
- Creators who understand viral content, not just theory
- Freshers with strong portfolios OR 0–2 years experience
Bonus (Good to Have)
- Experience with lead generation funnels
- Running Instagram/Facebook ads
- WhatsApp marketing experience
