Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Odoo Implementer to lead the setup and ongoing management of our Odoo ERP system. The primary focus of this role is Inventory and Warehouse Management. You will configure the system to match our real-world warehouse operations, ensuring everything from stock tracking to purchase orders runs smoothly. We want someone who can take full ownership and deliver a working system from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP with focus on Inventory and Warehouse Management modules
- Configure multi-location warehouses, stock valuation methods, reorder rules, and stock reporting
- Set up and integrate Purchase, Sales, and Inventory modules seamlessly
- Map existing business workflows to Odoo processes and suggest improvements
- Train internal staff on day-to-day Odoo usage
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience
- At least one completed implementation involving Inventory or Warehouse Management (case study or screenshots required when applying)
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations — stock movements, GRN, delivery orders, stock valuation
- Experience with Odoo 16 or 17 preferred
- Ability to train non-technical users
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
