We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team immediately. You will own features end-to-end -from architecture decisions to production deployments - and play a key role in shaping our engineering culture. What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across frontend and backend systems.
- Architect and manage event-driven workflows using RabbitMQ (message queues, exchanges, routing).
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and uphold engineering best practices.
- Debug, optimise, and take ownership of production systems end-to-end.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (4+ years preferred).
- Hands-on, production-level experience with RabbitMQ - mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- High ownership mindset: you see tasks through from start to finish without hand-holding.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Work location: Remote (WFH) or On-site (WFO) - flexible arrangement available.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
