Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Catalogue Intern to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and updating product catalogues, ensuring accurate product information, images, pricing, and descriptions across platforms. This role is ideal for someone interested in e-commerce operations, product management, and content handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage product listings on the company platform.
- Maintain accurate product details including titles, descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for product images and creatives.
- Ensure catalogue data is updated and error-free.
- Perform quality checks on product listings and resolve discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain product-related data in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Support the team in category management and product research.
- Monitor product performance and assist with catalogue optimization.
Requirements
- Graduate / Undergraduate students can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Interest in e-commerce, operations, or catalogue management.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces and product listings.
- Familiarity with Canva or image editing tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of product categorization and data management.
