Job Description
1 Manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
2 Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
3 Provide administrative support through photocopying, scanning, printing, and document management.
4 Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, and equipment; raise purchase requisitions as required.
5 Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, and other facility-related services.
6 Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, appointments, and other office events.
7 Arrange meeting rooms, serve refreshments, and provide support during meetings when required.
8 Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of office premises in coordination with housekeeping staff.
9 Provide basic operational support to HR, Administration, and IT departments.
10 Maintain inventory records and ensure timely stock updates and reporting.
11 Perform office errands such as purchasing supplies, delivering documents, banking activities, and other official tasks.
12 Supervise housekeeping activities and ensure cleaning standards are maintained across the premises.
13 Carry out any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
