Key Responsibilities
- Doctor Detailing & Relationship Management: Visit Ayurvedic and modern medicine practitioners daily to detail product formulations, benefits, and clinical efficacy. Build strong, long-term professional relationships to secure regular prescriptions.
- Chemist & Retail Network Expansion: Visit pharmacies and chemists to check stock availability, secure orders, and ensure our products are prominently displayed. Resolve any supply-chain issues at the retail level.
- Secondary Sales Generation: Drive secondary sales by ensuring that the demand created through doctor prescriptions is efficiently fulfilled by local chemists and stockists.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new product launches. Provide regular feedback to the management team.
- Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain meticulous daily call reports, tour programs, and doctor/chemist coverage lists using standard reporting formats or CRM software.
- CME & Promotional Activities: Organize and participate in Clinical Meetings, Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, and health camps to enhance brand visibility among the medical community.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate degree. A degree in Science, Pharmacy (B.Pharma/D.Pharma), or Ayurveda (BAMS) is highly preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative (MR) or Sales Executive in the Ayurvedic, Herbal, or Pharmaceutical industry. Experience in handling both doctor detailing and chemist retail bookings is essential.
- Core Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent product detailing and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of the local territory and existing relationships with doctors and chemists.
- Location/Travel: Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and a personal vehicle for daily field travel.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
