Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil construction projects from planning to completion.
- Ensure timely execution within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, costs, resources, and progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Prepare project reports and MIS for management.
Required Skills:
- 9-10+ years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Strong project planning and team management skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting, quality control, and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
