Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, the ability to identify business opportunities, and the discipline to consistently meet sales targets.
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, visits, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, agents, and partners.
- Present hotel services and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle client requirements, follow-ups, and ensure timely responses.
- Participate in sales visits, local events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain basic records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements - Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel as required for business development.
