Job Title: E-commerce Sales & Operations Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Sales & Operations Executive to manage online sales, customer interactions, order processing, and inventory tracking for our fashion brand. The candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Management
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and other sales channels.
- Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Assist customers with product recommendations, sizing, pricing, and order-related queries.
- Maintain customer records and follow up with potential buyers.
Order Processing
- Process online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely order fulfillment.
- Track orders and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Handle order cancellations, exchanges, and returns.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Update stock levels after every sale, return, or purchase.
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Report stock shortages and recommend replenishment requirements.
Reporting & Analysis
- Submit daily sales reports.
- Prepare daily stock movement reports.
- Track best-selling products and customer preferences.
- Analyze sales performance and suggest strategies for improvement.

- Returns & Exchanges
- Inventory Updates
- Customer Enquiries
- Daily Revenue
Marketplace & Website Management
- Update product listings, pricing, and inventory on online platforms.
- Coordinate with marketing teams regarding promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure accurate product information and stock availability across all sales channels.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory management.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and social media sales.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Daily KPI Expectations
- Customer inquiries handled.
- Orders processed.
- Sales generated.
- Stock accuracy maintained.
- Daily sales and inventory report submitted.

Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail sales, fashion, or online business operations.
- Experience handling Instagram, WhatsApp, and website sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
