- Responsible for Installation, maintenance, Setting up, troubleshooting and configuring of hardware, desktops, laptops, databases, printers and ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
- Ensure Hardware compatibility with Software and Network setups.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues related to desktops and laptops systems.
- Providing technical support to users, addressing their questions and resolving their issues.
- Manage IP addressing DNS, DHCP, VPN and internet connectivity.
- Diagnose hardware and software faults and provide technical support.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of systems including hardware configurations, software versions and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provisioning and setup of new desktops, laptops and peripherals as part of either an upgrade or replacement request.
- Monitor and maintain network performance (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Knowledge of servers, database management, and security protocols
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dahej, Gujarat (Dahej, 392130): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
Experience:
- IT Hardware & Networking: 2 years (Preferred)
- IT support, Networking: 2 years (Preferred)
- Firewall, VPN configuration, Windows Server: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / IT (Preferred)
