Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Telecalling and Customer Support professionals who are fluent in Kannada, Malayalam, or Telugu. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer handling experience, and the ability to manage inbound and outbound calls while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain products and services to customers and address their queries.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer information and updates in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely support.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or CRM processes.
- Fluency in Kannada, Malayalam, or Telugu (any one language is mandatory).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience working with CRM tools.
- Strong customer service and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
