Role Summary
Software Support Engineer will investigate software issues, test bugs, document modules, and coordinate with developers for quick resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand ERP workflows and test modules
- Replicate client issues and share detailed reports
- Perform UAT testing & prepare test cases
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base
- Support integrations (Email, WhatsApp APIs, Shopify/Amazon, etc.)
- Understand database logs and basic queries
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Java / JSP / SQL / API
- Logical thinking & debugging ability
- Basic understanding of ERP modules
