Supervise daily activities at site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
Monitor progress of civil, structural, finishing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC works.
Planning & Coordination
Prepare and track project schedules.
Coordinate manpower, machinery, and material requirements.
Conduct site meetings and progress reviews.
Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
