Job Title: General Manager – Harley-Davidson Dealership
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the overall operations of our Harley-Davidson dealership. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, service, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team performance while ensuring smooth day-to-day dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall dealership operations including Sales, Service, Parts, and Administration.
- Drive vehicle sales, revenue, and profitability.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, and dealership KPIs.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor department managers and staff.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve customer concerns.
- Coordinate with Harley-Davidson management and OEM representatives.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and dealership standards.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate employees to build a high-performing team.
- Prepare and present business reports to senior management.
- Plan marketing and promotional activities to increase showroom footfall and sales.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA (preferred).
- 10–15+ years of experience in automobile dealership management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of dealership operations, sales, service, and after-sales.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems (DMS).
