We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product discussions.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Track projects and support project conversions.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and order closures.
- Maintain sales pipeline and client records.
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in project sales, building materials, architectural products, or related industries is preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
