Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our Trichy office. The ideal candidate will guide aspiring medical students through the process of selecting the right universities abroad and support them throughout the admission journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about overseas medical education opportunities (MBBS/MD programs)
Provide accurate information on universities, eligibility, admission procedures, and fee structures
Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations
Assist students with application documentation, university selection, and submission
Guide students through visa processes and pre-departure formalities
Maintain relationships with prospective students and follow up regularly
Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional events
Maintain records of student interactions and admissions progress
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Business, or related preferred)
1–3 years of experience in education counseling or sales (overseas education experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach
Basic knowledge of international education systems is preferred
Proficiency in English and Tamil
