Role Overview
You will lead training and communication efforts for Titan’s ethics program, The Right Way (RWT). A consistent effort to communicate policies, awareness of redressal channels, co-opt business leads for advocacy of RIGHT WAY. Innovate interesting learning modules, ways of communication for deployment of message to all stakeholders – employees, vendors and Bas. Capacitating and developing the Local Counsellors and other individuals volunteering various activities across India to promote ethical practices. The role includes travel of minimum 2-3 days in a month.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver training programs on ethics using simple, engaging methods (storytelling, digital tools, gamification)
Create content like presentations, e-learning modules, and communication materials
Support and guide Ethics Counsellors (LECs) across locations
Work with HR and business teams to plan and run training sessions, events, and campaigns
Design and track training effectiveness and improve programs based on data
Build a culture of ethics, trust, and compliance across the organization
Develop future ethics champions within the company
Oversight on Ethics programme management – data base management, policy updates, MIS etc
Role Scope
Manage a team and collaborate with LECs nationwide
Handle training across 20+ locations including stores, offices, and factories
Travel regularly to support and improve training programs
Skills Required
Strong communication and storytelling skills (fluency in Tamil / Kannada must as an added language proficiency)
Experience in training, learning design, and facilitation
Ability to work with different teams and influence stakeholders
Creative thinking and use of digital learning tools
Data analysis, data management, and dashboarding
Experience
6–8 years in Learning & Development (preferably in retail)
Experience creating and scaling training programs
Familiarity with digital/AI-based learning tools is a plus
