Role Overview
We are looking for a Thai national who is fluent in English to manage documentation, banking coordination, and free trade zone operations. The candidate will support international trade activities including import/export documentation, FTWZ compliance, and banking transactions.
The candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and familiar with international trade procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and manage import/export documents
Handle commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
Coordinate customs and FTWZ documentation
Ensure compliance with Thai customs regulations and Free Zone rules
Maintain proper record-keeping of all trade documents
2. Banking & Payments
Coordinate with local banks for payments and documentation
Handle international wire transfers, LC documents, and banking formalities
Assist management in opening bank accounts and maintaining financial paperwork
3. Free Trade Zone / FTWZ Operations
Handle documentation for free zone import/export transactions
Coordinate with warehouse operators and customs authorities
Manage stock movement records and compliance requirements
4. Coordination & Communication
Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
Liaise with international clients and suppliers
Support management with local government or administrative matters
5. Office Administration
Manage daily office documentation and correspondence
Maintain files, contracts, and operational records
Assist management with reports and updates
Candidate Requirements
Thai national
Fluent in Thai and English
Experience in import/export documentation
Knowledge of free trade zones or customs procedures
Familiar with banking documentation and international payments
Good computer skills (Excel, email, document preparation)
Preferred Experience
Experience in logistics, trading, or manufacturing companies
Familiarity with free zone / bonded warehouse operations
Experience working with international companies
Skills Required

Ability to work independently
