About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing on-ground marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will serve as the face of the brand in local markets—building relationships, gathering insights, and ensuring successful field activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to achieve brand and sales objectives.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners, distributors, and customers.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitors, and trends.
- Manage promotional materials and ensure brand consistency in all marketing activities.
- Collect and report feedback, leads, and performance metrics from the field.
- Field visit.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Knowledge in Sales Field.
- 0-2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or brand activation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
- Field visit approach.
